Most wildlife laws are governed by state wildlife agencies and most states encourage responsible trapping to keep wild animal populations in check.  If you have further questions on trap use in your respective state, please contact your state wildlife agency to request a complete set of Trapping Rules & Regulations. Trappers Warehouse will  not be held responsible for injury or death due to improper use of any item listed. Traps and some trapping supplies can be dangerous to pets and humans.
